The one-bedroom apartment adds a living room and a private entrance, the two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to five guests, and the three-bedroom apartment sleeps up to seven across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Journey Central runs like a serviced residence. A 24-hour front desk, concierge service, private check-in and check-out, and a minimarket on site cover everyday needs, and the upper floors are reached by lift. The entire unit is wheelchair accessible, and the property is hearing accessible.

Transport is close at hand. Ben Thanh Station, the start of Metro Line 1 in the centre, is 1.1 km away, and the Saigon bus station is 950 m, so both are a short walk or a quick taxi ride. Saigon Railway Station is 3 km away and Tan Son Nhat International Airport 6.1 km, each reached by taxi from the building.

For sightseeing, Nha Rong Wharf on the Saigon River is 1.5 km away and the War Remnants Museum 2 km. The Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum is 1.1 km from the building, a good choice for a morning, and the Zoo and Botanical Garden Ho Chi Minh, 3.2 km away, suits a longer outing. Combining a museum in the morning with the river front in the late afternoon makes a full day within a short taxi ride of the building.
